Board elections results

The Board announced a departure of Renata Niekras, who due to personal and professional commitments cannot continue in her role as a Board Member.  We thanked Renata for her valuable contribution and hard work for the LPBC over the last 3 years.

As a result of the above, the general assembly was invited to elect a new LPBC Board Member.  Grzegorz Peczkowski, who has been supporting the LPBC as the Entrepreneurial Women Project Manager over the past two years, was elected to join the Board.

Further, every three years, the general assembly of the LPBC members is asked to elect President and Vice-President of the LPBC Board.  On the 9th Nov 2015, members voted and re-elected Artur Sosna as President and Adam Tymofiejewicz as Vice-President for another 3-year term.

The LPBC takes an opportunity here to announce that the Club is open to consider applications from an accomplished professional to join the Board in the future.  If you wanted to take up the challenge, please contact us.  We want to hear from you!

Members are also informed prior the general assembly, the LPBC Advisory Board met to discuss the following items:

  • Activities of the Management Board in the year 2015;
