Dream Big, Achieve More: Join the Entrepreneurial Woman Project in Luxembourg!
The Entrepreneurial Woman Project (EWP) stands as a beacon of opportunity for women in Luxembourg, offering a transformative journey for those with entrepreneurial aspirations. Tailored for English-speaking women of all nationalities, this unique workshop series equips participants with the insights, skills, and network needed to navigate the challenges and rewards of launching and thriving in their own ventures in Luxembourg.
Set against the backdrop of Luxembourg’s dynamic business landscape, EWP is a series of weekend workshops designed for women with no prior business knowledge. Over five Saturdays each fall, starting on the last Saturday of September, participants immerse themselves in around 40 hours of comprehensive training sessions, expert presentations, real-world case studies, and hands-on activities. This intensive program is facilitated by the Luxembourg-Poland Chamber of Commerce (LPCC) in collaboration with esteemed business development and legal experts.
Over the years, the project has garnered the support of the Ministry of Economy in Luxembourg, the Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce, and both embassies in Poland and Luxembourg, underscoring its importance and impact in the region.
EWP’s commitment to inclusivity and continuous improvement is evident in its annual evolution based on participant feedback. The program ensures an optimal learning environment by selecting up to 20 participants from over 100 determined and visionary applicants annually.
One of the standout features of EWP is its practical approach. Participants demonstrate the application of their newfound skills by presenting their business ideas on the program’s closing day. These presentations are judged on the uniqueness of the idea, knowledge of the targeted market, and the effectiveness of the pitch. The excitement is palpable as the top presentations secure generous prizes from esteemed sponsors, adding an exciting incentive to the final showcase. This year our sponsors are AKD, ATOZ and BSP offering generous prizes of up to 3.000€!
The journey culminates in a grand finale hosted by our leading partner, Banque de Luxembourg, where participants are awarded well-deserved diplomas. The spotlight shines even brighter as sponsors reveal the winners of the Best Business Idea Presentation, recognizing exceptional innovation and ingenuity. The night becomes truly unforgettable with enriching networking sessions, delicious food, live music, and cherished memories beautifully captured in photographs.
EWP is more than just a program; it’s a life-changing experience that has helped many women make their dreams come true. Each year, 3-7 new businesses are launched in Luxembourg as a direct or indirect result of the project, highlighting its tangible impact. The supportive business network forged during the workshops extends beyond the program, establishing a robust support system for budding entrepreneurs.
Participants of EWP gain comprehensive knowledge and skills that empower them to navigate the complexities of the Luxembourg business environment with confidence. They leave the program with elevated self-assurance and readiness to pursue their entrepreneurial goals, armed with newfound expertise and networks.
The cost of participation is 295€. This fee includes complimentary private membership at the LPCC for a full year, reflecting the Chamber’s dedication to fostering enduring relationships and amplifying business opportunities within Luxembourg.
Take the first step towards transforming your dreams into reality! Whether you’re launching a new business or looking to strengthen an existing venture, EWP provides the knowledge, support, and connections you need to succeed. Registration deadline falls on 31 August!
